Bell said, Bell uhhh said....

So I don't know what is the funniest/lamest part of this post. The fact that (A) Zack and I saved this on our DVR for months, (B) that I recorded the TV when we switched from Dish to TWC so we wouldn't lose this precious footage, or (C) that we continue to laugh every time we watch it. The clip is from Julia Lewis on WRAL. She clearly has a difficult time getting through the broadcast, but something about her face and the lack of words coming from her mouth as she fumbles, sends me giggling like a 6 year old. Come on, I know you're laughing too.

Zoo Baby

I painted this growth chart to match a pattern called Zoo Baby. (pattern in middle picture) I love the different shades of blues and whites this bedding has. It is a modern design but classic feeling at the same time.

Butterflies and Bows

What better way to organize all the tons of clips and bows for your little princess than with a ribbon bow holders. With little alligator clips becoming the latest trend in baby girl fashion, this makes it super easy to keep them all in clear view.

Owen Benjamin

Owen Benjamin is the baby boy to my co-worker Collins and her husband Brian. Owen was born 3 weeks before his due date- but was full term and weighed in at 6 pounds, 9 ounces. Brian loves airplanes and so it was a given what Owen's nursery would be decorated in!

Annie Kate

Annie Kate was born on 7-11-09 to our good friends Erick and Sandi. I made letters for Annie's nursery and gave them to Sandi at her baby shower at the Olde English Tea Room. Sandi and Erick are wonderful parents and baby Annie Kate gets cuter each time we get to see her.

Established...

I have had several requests for established signs. They are very popular with newlyweds. I actually would love if I had the time to make one for myself and my parents and in-laws. My parents celebrated their 30 year anniversary this past February, and I think it would be nice to have something modern, with their anniversary date on it. One established sign order recently was for a bridal "garden theme" shower. The guest wanted to give something personalized for their garden, so we came up with a sign for them to display on a shepherds hook. Once I find pictures of others ones I've done recently, I'll add them to this post.
