- "New" dining room chairs
- New paint under chair rail (Slate by Restoration Hardware)
- New chair rail on each side of the fireplace
- New paint color above chair rail (Ash by Restoration Hardware)
- New light fixture in dining nook
- New floors throughout kitchen, dining, and living room in Jan!!!

Then the new storage seating with cushions.
Then my beautiful new drum shade pendant light!
Then Z built our new table and rounded the corners.
*New* chairs. (Old chairs that Mama got for us for FREE. The people she got them from said they came from a Golden Colon Corral.)

Looks great!! How did you do the chairs?? I am looking to refinish ours and am just nervous I will ruin them!
The chairs were sanded, then primed, then spray painted with 3-4 coats of Valspar Black Satin. Then we used one coat of spray poly to seal them. The cushions were just unscrewed and recovered with indoor/outdoor material (just stapled on). You can totally do it!
OMG, it looks awesome!!! I love it all! Can't wait to see it in person!! Love the paint job on the walls too! Very classy and cozy!
